Our Monthly Filter Service plan is $12.95 per month and includes your filter and quick inspection of your system.
An air filter is a vital part of your property’s forced air HVAC system. Filters remove bacteria and harmful particles, cleaning the air.
They also assist your system in running more efficiently, keeping repair costs to a minimum, and reduce monthly energy bills.
They permit the system to run less frequently as the coils will be kept cleaner and reduces the stress on your compressor.
Monthly filter service reduces the risk of HVAC repairs and replacement. Tenants may not always remember or might get too busy to change the air filter.
We properly size and install the filters. We’ll quickly look over you system. If we spot any issues, we will contact you immediately.

One year service contract required for all plans offered by Highland AC. Early termination will result in the remaining balance due and collected by Highland AC.
With the Elite Care Plan, the customer will receive a Fall and Spring 30 point system inspections. Select Care customers will receive one to use for Fall or Spring. Monthly Filter service is just that – we provide the filter and install it at the customer’s location monthly while doing a brief check of the system. This brief check of the customer’s system is NOT as intensive as a Fall or Spring maintenance and does not include repairs and system cleanings. With the customer’s email and phone number on file, we will do our due diligence to notify the customer of any system abnormalities that we notice. This does not guarantee that the system is running at 100% or that a repair may not be in the foreseeable future. No billing credit will be given if customer refuses inspections or filter changes.
With careful consideration of our customers time, monthly appointment schedules are set by Highland AC. Four hour response time does not guarantee a REPAIR time. Frequently, systems may require parts or warranty work that can delay a repair by several days. We will do our best to get your system up and running within a 24hr time frame. All after-hour emergency calls (between 5pm and 8am, Monday through Friday, weekends, major holidays) will incur an additional after-hours emergency service fee. This fee helps keep us staffed with great employees to meet your needs. Major holidays for emergency service are Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve after 1pm and will incur an after-hours emergency service fee.
